Meet Tiffany Cooper

Tiffany is a Broadway actor, vocalist, executive speaker coach and educator whose career spans over 30 years in the entertainment industry on stage, television and film.

She was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she received extensive training in classical acting, dance and voice before attending college. After earning degrees in Speech Communications, Theatre, and Dance from Murray State University in Kentucky, she moved to New York City to pursue a professional career in the performing arts.

In New York, she hit the ground running, performing in the city and worldwide. Her performance experience includes Broadway, Broadway national tours, regional theaters, independent films, television, commercials, recordings, concerts and cruise ship cabarets. She has performed at major venues across the nation and in fifteen countries with extended European residencies in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Italy.

Tiffany was in the original cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Tony-nominated musical Bombay Dreams on Broadway. Other performance highlights include The Audition (World Premiere), Clybourne Park, Jesus Christ Superstar, Guys and Dolls, The Tempest, When Shakespeare's Ladies Meet, Fences, Cinderella, South Pacific, The Buddy Holly Story, Porgy and Bess, and Sisters of the Sixties hosted by Darlene Love featuring vocal legends Mary Wilson, Beverly Lee and Leslie Gore at Town Hall in New York City. She appears on the cast recordings of Grease Das Musical, and Guys and Dolls (50th anniversary). She is currently producing her debut solo recording "Satin Mood", a tribute to Julie London.

A few of Tiffany's television and film credits include Salon Stories, Shampoo, All My Children, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Italian MTV, Good Morning America, Live with Regis and Kelly and Emeril's Table.

As an arts educator, she shares her knowledge and passion for the arts. She received certification in arts education from The Actors Fund in New York City and has participated in and led numerous arts-in-education programs in New York, Alaska and Florida. In addition, she regularly adjudicates regional and national talent competitions including the Midwest Starz Dance Competition in Wisconsin, WI.

As an executive speaker and performance coach, she offers numerous techniques to make presentations memorable, impactful and inspiring. Her clients include business executives, political candidates, keynote speakers, TEDx speakers, performing artists and amateur enthusiasts. Tiffany currently resides in Alaska were she stays active utilizing all facets of her skill sets as a performer, arts educator and speaking coach in her community and beyond. She enjoys volunteering her time, energy and talent with various charity organizations.

 

A Closer Look at the Artist

GROWING UP

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky. I came from a very loving and stable home. My sister Nicole (now a private chef in New York City) and I loved sports. Track & field, basketball and volleyball were among our favorites. For a while, I was torn between striving to become a professional track & field athlete or pursuing a career in the arts. I chose the arts, but my love for track & field remains.

 

THREE THINGS MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME

  1. I lived, for two months, in a Monastery with monks in Bregenz, Austria.
  2. I'm obsessed with paper card stock straws, especially the stripped ones.
  3. I have extensive knowledge of old Hollywood movies.

 

ON LIFE AND PERSONAL PASSION

Years ago, my career was the priority. Now, I focus on family, faith, friends and healthy relationships. My personal passion is to continue learning and growing. I strive to always be the absolute BEST version of myself.

HEALTH AND FITNESS

My husband and I try to eat clean, organic whole foods because I believe that food is our medicine and it's important for overall health. I love to make healthy foods with quality ingredients and try new recipes. I exercise five to six days a week ... long hikes, biking, cardio, dance, Pilates, ballet bare, running and weight training.

 

GIVING BACK

Giving back is very important to me. I volunteer with several non-profit organizations and especially enjoy mentoring young women in the Miss Alaska Scholarship Foundation program.
